Product code: Sterling Silver Midcentury Freeform Artisan’s Bracelet. store One-of-a-Kind.
A relative bought this bracelet from an artisan in Greenwich Village, New York in the mid 1950's. The artist worked just in 925 sterling silver and semi-precious stones. Unfortunately, she forgot his name.
The rare, one-of-a-kind, minimalist, free-form design speaks for its self. Since some people love the aged dark patina, I decided not to polish it. I have also seen it in bright shiny silver, and it was beautiful, too.
SIZE: This bracelet is for a small hand. I wear gloves # 6 ½ and I can slide my hand through. Because it is free form, inside measurements vary at different points. In one place, it measures 2” 3/8, at another store just 2” 1/8.
The bracelet will arrive in an attractive jewelry box, ready for a gift.
