Simulated diamonds, rubies and emerald stones are all hand set.
Inside of band marked PANETTA and STERLING.
Gold vermeil over sterling.
Comes with ORIGINAL gold velvet ring box.
Inside of ring box has maker's name in Script, below that says FINE HAND SET JEWELRY.

Condition excellent.
Please note that the top is a layered separate piece held on with two prongs underneath.
The top moves a little, although it is quite secure, and I believe this is likely the way the ring was made.

Size 6 3/4 to a 7.
Weighs 7 grams.
