Vintage set of 3 small Arabia of Finland MCM color palette plates, depicting famous architecture/buildings store in Finland. The names on the back of the plates are of the cities where these buildings can be found, in Finnish and Swedish, if the name differs.
The cities are :
Lahti/ Lahtis(Swedish)
A city in Finland founded in 1878. It is situated 100km NE of Helsinki, at the southern end of Lake Vesi.
Jyväskylä
A city situated in the middle of Finland, in Finland's lakeland
Hämeenlinna/Tavastahus(Swedish)
A city in southern Finland. The oldest inland city in Finland.
The plates measure approximately 4 3/4” in diameter and are free of chips, stains, scratches, stains, crazing or repairs.
There is a darker colored ring in the glaze on two of the plates, which happened during manufacture. It is not a defect.
