Gnome Tumbler, Gnome Pen, Gnome Keychain, Gnome store Gift Set

Add a super fun Gnome gift set to your Gnome collection! These Gnome tumblers and pens are hand sculpted and hand painted. The keychains are 1/8" thick acrylic and 3" on the longest side. All tumblers pictured are double walled, vacuum sealed stainless steel and will keep your hot drinks hot and your cold drinks cold for hours! Your tumbler will be sealed with an FDA compliant epoxy for a smooth glass like finish. The pen and keychain are sealed with UV resin. All 3 items must match in color. If you wish to order these in different color variations please order each item separately. Thank you!

- Tumbler: due to these beautiful tumblers being made individually no two tumblers will look exactly the same. There may be small imperfections (a mircrobubble or two, the odd speck of
glitter that snuck in) that may be present and are normal, and are not considered to be defects. To maintain the finish, your Personalized Tumbler should be hand washed only. Due to the
nature of the handmade process some variation in the items are bound to occur. We take great care to properly represent the items we offer.

- Keychain: A corresponding color tassel and charm will be added to compliment your vinyl or glitter color choice(s). The charm pictured may not be the same charm you receive.

- Pen: A complimentary color of vinyl to match your glitter and font will be used for the wording over the design.

Our tumblers are a perfect gift for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, or “just because!” We LOVE taking custom orders and encourage custom decal requests to make your Tumbler absolutely perfect!

* PLEASE NOTE- I use USPS Priority Mail. Once your package leaves my facility, I am not responsible for slower than usual mail times due to COVID, USPS delays, etc.
Each tumbler takes a minimum of 4-6 production weeks or more depending on most current turn around time. This does NOT include shipping time. I must allow this time for the tumbler to completely cure for shipping.

-- LOST / STOLEN / UNDELIVERED / DAMAGED PACKAGES --
In the rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable as addressed, I will work hard to help you locate the package. While I will help you try and locate your package by providing all relevant shipment information, non-delivered packages will ONLY be reshipped at the expense of the buyer. Non-delivered packages WILL NOT be refunded. Once a package has been shipped I cannot be held responsible for the package. I encourage my customers to call their local Post Office and/or local Customs store Office in the event of a non-delivery.

In the event an item arrives damaged, please message me within 1 day of delivery. I require clear photos of the damaged item from different angles and photos of the damaged package in order to file an insurance claim with the Post Office. If I don't receive receive photos of the damaged item within 1 day of delivery I will be unable to replace your tumbler for you.

Due to the custom nature of my products there will be NO returns, exchanges or refunds UNLESS the item is damaged during shipment by the fault of the Postal Service (see above). I do NOT refund for user error! Please be sure to follow all care instructions provided with your item.
