TREATMENT:
This charcuterie board has been conditioned with Walrus brand Cutting Board Oil and Walrus brand Wood Wax which are 100% food-safe and free of toxins and synthetics.
CLEANING:
Wash with warm water and soap, using a wash cloth to lightly remove food scraps. Make sure to wet both sides to evenly distribute moisture to help prevent twisting or cupping. Dry thoroughly with a cloth immediately. Store in the open, but away from the sun. DO NOT wash in the dishwasher.
MAINTENANCE:
When store your charcuterie board luster or color fades, it's time to recondition. If scratches have appeared, lightly sand with 220 to 400 grit sand paper. Remove all dust and apply a coat of cutting board oil, let dry and buff off with a clean cloth. You can also apply a coat of food safe wood wax if you would like. I highly recommend Walrus brand Cutting Board Oil and Walrus brand Wood Wax.
