This is a handmade, ooak, unique floral skirt.
Has an elastic waistband, and multiple store shades of purples and pinks that make up the fringe.
Many hours of hand sewing went into making this little gem.

She will best fit waist/hips from 32 to 35 inches.
The skirt measures 14~141/2 inches long without the dangling materials. If you include the dangles, she measures roughly 32 inches long.
I am a size medium and it fits me perfectly ;)
