This is a limited edition # 01863 of 12,000.
The 12 days of Christmas countdown begins in the windows. Open the numbered windows to reveal a toy. The 12th day is the front door when open Santa appears. The house is 8 inches long, 8 inches tall and 6 inches wide. Good pre owned condition no chips or cracks. The small countdown store sign the goes on the right side of the house is missing. Please see picture of missing sign in the last photo. Does not include original box.
