No chips or cracks in teapot, only some signs of use on the bottom underneath (shown in photos). Basket and interior in pristine condition ~ Basket is 8 1/4" tall with custom decorative padding for teapot. Teapot measure 6 3/4" tall (excluding handles) x 5 1/2" wide ~ Beautiful set!!
