This contemporary shelf will be useful and enhance your decor in any room.

I make these shabby chic shelves from reclaimed wood from shipping crates, courtesy of a local window manufacturer. These contemporary shelves measure about 18" wide by 5 1/2" high by 5 1/2". My design includes a molded edge on the bottom of the back board, shelf and shelf support. I attach 2 sturdy metal or bent key hooks, and include a dish groove to display plates or pictures. I mill keyhole store slots in the back for strong attachment to your wall with screws included. I lightly distressed the water based paint and seal with a satin poly sealer. Choose bent key, black, white or silver colored robe hooks and shelf color options.
