Pocket Watch Stand, Pocket Watch store Holder, Pocket Watch Display, Watch Display Stand, Watch Platform - Walnut

DESCRIPTION - This listing is for one (1) hand made pocket watch display, stand or holder. This design has a contemporary aesthetic with simple clean lines, the display was both fun to create and build. I used square stock that winds around to form a window which frames the watch on display in different ways depending on your perspective. I installed a coated hook for the watch to hang from, being coated it helps to protect the hanger on the watch. The hook can be turned slightly to store help assist you fine tune the way your watch will hang and face.

MATERIAL - For this display I used Black Walnut. I then cut splines at each mitered joint and filled these with Sugar Maple. The Walnut is a rich dark brown contrasting nicely with the very light tan Sugar Maple splines adding interest as well strengthening the structure. I applied a clear, all organic oil finish with a flat to semi gloss luster.
