Gently used, always had a tempered glass screen shield on while using. Only used for a few months then it has been sleeping in my drawer. Took the glass store shield off when I reset it to factory settings. It won't pair with my iPhone 14p, just needed a long time to update to the newer system, i tried a few times still cannot figure that out. So I decided to let it go. No scratches nor cracks.
