Comes with everything pictured I dont have the other part of the stairs it's likely in my garage if & when I get it I'll updated the post. The sofa has paint markings from other toys rubbing against it as well as two of the pillows, store if you take acetone or nail polish remover you can get rid of the marks. The booth has markings on the counter and the left side of the speaker. I played with this as a child so the stickers that came with the house that gives the walls detail some of them are crooked. There's no marks on the palm tree, stairs or dance floor.
