This TEAC CD Recorder is new in box with all paperwork and accessories. Teac store is the consumer department of Tascam and this recorder is very much like the 900 series Pro recorders. The consumer version is more attractive and does not have the rack mounts. It offers analog RCA inputs and optical digital. The analog inputs have input volume controls while the digital input records the original digital signal. It has analog RCA outputs that connect to a standard receiver or Amp. A consumer recorder uses consumer based CD-Rs. They cannot use computer based CD-Rs. I am going to include consumer CD-RWs to use for practice. This model is difficult to find.
