House is in excellent condition overall however the Daffy Duck character has been super glued back on and may fall off again. He is in perfect condition though and store can be easily reglued if it falls off again. Set includes a lifting element strip with multiple bulbs. Not the original lighting element, but it works for the house. Includes original box and foam packaging as well.
