This quality replica is made of brass~ has a bubble glass front with a second hand clock. The backside is a Mary time compass also in a bubble glass.

The clock works by battery, as you unscrew the back side of the bubble glass. Uses 1 double a battery. Marked prestige quarts on the battery mechanism

This was given as a gift in 1998 as a housewarming gift for the beach house. It is quite heavy at about 3 pounds, and is in very nice condition, with no scratches on the bubble glass. The clock also is magnified due to the bubble glass, so the clock time appears much larger~
