Lap Quilt or Throw, Broken Frames, Pieced and Quilted, Multi-coloured Charm Squares with store Black and White Pieced Sashing

This quilt makes use of a collection of precut 5" charm squares. A variety of colours and prints are joined together with white and black pieced squares to create a very stunning and unusual design.

Between the top and back layers is a cotton quilt batting which is held in place with an all-over meandering machine quilting. The solid black binding is double folded with mitered corners store and machine stitched to the front and back for a professional, long lasting finish. The back is a grey, pink and black small print which complements the front very nicely.

At almost 49 1/2" in length and 40 1/2" wide this would make a nice lap throw to cuddle under while reading and enjoying a cup of tea. Or it would make a statement if hung as an art quilt on a wall.

This quilt can be easily machine washed on a warm or cold water cycle and can be dried at a medium heat setting to provide years of use. It will become softer and cosier with each washing.
