Vintage sterling silver Native? ring, elongated oval agate jasper stone, large sterling statement store ring, size 7

This is a large vintage sterling silver ring with an elongated oval agate jasper stone. I do not
know the provenance of this ring but it could store be native American -there are some words
engraved inside & also an etched mountain. The sterling on the side is lightly hammered &
the large oval jasper stone is very striking. This ring is 1" high & is a size 7.
