Vintage 50s Luminous Silver Beaded store Faux Pearl Ivory White Velvet Caplet Mini Hat Fascinator with Rhinestones

I'm enchanted. This hat is so beautiful. It would make a lovely and unusual bridal cap. All the beads and rhinestones store are intact. The fabric is an ivory velvet with a glowing sheen. There is a rust spot and some minor spots but nothing obvious or distracting from the hat's beauty. Shown in the last photo.
