These one of a kind earrings begin with marquise shaped brass components that have been textured for added sparkle. The original beadwork is stitched one bead at a time by hand. Finally, the gemstones are wire wrapped with brass wire and are added to the earrings.
The earrings have brass hooks and are store approximately 2.5 inches long. They are very lightweight.

I use the highest quality Japanese seed beads and thread, but as with all beadwork, these earrings should be stored carefully (hung or lying flat) when not worn. They should should be removed before swimming, showering, working out, or other activities so as to preserve their longevity.
