Figurine of a horse´s head made of travertine, probably by Fratelli Mannelli.

Travertine stone, as a natural material, has a porous structure and it´s hard to tell whether an edge isn´t crisp because of a chip or a pore at that point. I´ve highlighted those small irregularities in the photos.
