Pre 1968 Revere Ware 1801 Copper Clad 10" Skillet & 1Qt Saucepan, Very Good Condition, Heat Wear to Skillet Handle, Vintage Revere store Ware 10"

Good Spot!

You have your eyes on this old Revere Ware copper clad 10 inch skillet and 1 quart saucepan.


Both were made some time before 1968 which gives them a thicker copper bottom than subsequent years.
They also have two part handles with rivets.

The saucepan has a vivid logo stamping. It was made in Clinton, Illinois.
The skillets logo has worn away or was very faintly stamped. A little of the double ring is visible.

They have some cosmetic blemishes but are in terrific functional condition.

They have a lot of superficial marks and scuffs but have retained reflective exterior finishes.

The interior of the saucepan has discoloration but is very smooth and clean.

The skillet interior has some dings and/or pitting and light discoloration/staining.
It's lid has a few shallow dents and mild wear to the knob, along with the typical superficial wear.

The Skillet has a barely detectable wobble on a flat surface. It has a slightly convex bottom with a raised center around which the first 1/4 cup or so of fluid will make a moat before covering the entire bottom.
It also has a little heat damage/ distortion on the underside of the handle nearest the pan.

The saucepan sits flat.
It's handle has a very slight separation between the halves.

Their bottoms are smooth and mostly polished with light staining and discoloration.

This item, like most of the items i have for sale, besides my original creations, came to me as rescues. I do not know their history, but i try to get to know them well before I find them a home. I give them cleanings when necessary and i'm able, but there may be more to touch up depending on the item and/ or your taste.
