I will tell you what you won't get from me….the tongue lashing I got the lovely lady I bought this from. I come in peace and am in no way angry about selling this piece of art for less than what it is valued at. This pretty lady has some dings on the strap, and I don't fault her for it. She was obviously loved by her store previous owner. The strap ladies and gents can be replaced if you so choose. The body of the bag and it's hardware were obviously cared for but look closely at the top corner where the previous owner would have to unzip and reach inside for her wallet. It does show signs of use. Again, I am not upset with that. The serial number, the Gucci tag and all the hidden information to verify this bag has been located and found to be intact… rather immaculate. I would keep it, but I just cannot pull this Gucci look off. I didn't even try….but I bet you could!! And when you do snap me a picture so I can envy your style!!!.
