Midcentury Marzi and Remy German Beer Stein With Royals and coat of arms Scene. Looks Porcelain. It was made by the Marzi and Remy Company of Germany which was founded in 1880. Old stein and still looks great!
Measures 8" tall to top of handle, 7" tall to top of rim, bottom diameter of 4". Weight is nice at close to 1 pound 14 oz. Bottom marked with MR mark inside a shield Made in Germany. Stein has wear from age and imperfections from making process with few spots of glaze loss and few small firing cracks underside. pewter top having tarnishing scuffs and scratches. nice Patina and still looks great!. Very detailed Royals scene all around.
