All bamboo: bag with beanie, 3 long sleeve footies, 3 short sleeve rompers. Long sleeves have fold-over mittens. All sized 0-3 months. All have a velcro belly panel that opens up for skin-to-skin. Great condition, no rips or stains, only signs of wear are minor piling and some lint stick on store the velcro. My baby was big and quickly outgrew this size so they are in excellent condition.
