The particular patterning on this leather is all natural, and not altered beyond conditioning and tanning. The patterns you see are genuine and not embossed or altered, and will vary from piece to piece.
The lizard is a soft ivory color at the highlights,and the dark areas are a rich greyish black.
Definitely an unusual case for someone really special!
