Store Vintage 3d watercolor collage mosaic with paper signed Harnett

Beautiful and rare designer signed PF Harnett?
watercolor on paper with 3 dimensional paper cut outs pasted over the original painting.
what a marvelous look, shadowbox design.
the signature is not matching the Harnett that I find, perhaps I am reading it wrong.
