Store Staffordshire Girl and Doggie

It's an adorable antique Staffordshire scene with a little girl (maybe Princess Victoria) in an indigo blue dress and her pet dog on an upholstered footstool. This piece is antique, from the 1850s, and has an ancient repair at her waist (See photos). This girl and dog figurine is an inkwell or pencil holder, and is about 3.25 inches tall and 3.75 at the widest bottom.
