Ich biete ein großes Zimmer zentral in Sudenburg an. Dank der großen Fenster ist das Zimmer stets lichtdurchflutet. Weiter ist es großzügig geschnitten und hat hohe Decken, die mit Stuck verziert sind. Es bietet genug Platz für die Basics wie Bett, Kommoden und Schreibtisch, aber auch eine gemütliche Ecke mit Couch und TV lässt sich problemlos unterbringen.

I offer a large room centrally located in Sudenburg. the large windows, the room is always flooded with light. Further it is generously cut and has high ceilings, which are decorated with stucco. It offers enough space for the basics like bed, dressers and desk, but also a cozy corner with couch and TV can be easily accommodated.
Location
The apartment is centrally located on Halberstädter Straße, you can see the streetcar from the window. From there you can reach Hassel in a few minutes and the university in about 15 minutes. Further, you can also reach the Südring by car in a very short time.
All stores for daily needs can be found within a few minutes walk. If you are really in a hurry, there is an Edeka 2 houses away :)
WG-Life
Your new flatmates are Max and Amel. Both are quiet people. If you meet in the kitchen there is a lot to chat about. Should it arise, you can go to the Hassel with pleasure, visit the bars.
The kitchen is lavishly equipped, many kitchen utensils such as pots and pans are still new.
The washing machine is in the bathroom, which saves the walk from the 3rd floor. Further, there is a storage room in the apartment and a guest toilet in addition to the main bathroom with shower tray, so you do not get in each other's way in the morning.

Electricity/water and internet are included in the service charges.

Die Wohnung ist zentral an der Halberstädter Straße gelegen, die Straßenbahn sieht man vom Fenster aus. Von dort ist man in wenigen Minuten am Hassel, in etwa 15 Minuten an der Uni. Weiter erreicht man auch mit dem Auto in kürzester Zeit den Südring.
Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs finden sich in wenigen Gehminuten. Sollte es wirklich eilig sein, befindet sich ein Edeka 2 Häuser weiter
WG-Leben
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Max und Amel. Die beiden sind ruhige Menschen. Begegnet man sich in der Küche gibt es viel zu quatschen. Sollte es sich ergeben, kann man gerne zum Hassel gehen, die Bars besuchen.
Die Küche ist üppig ausgestattet, viele Küchenutensilien wie Töpfe und Pfannen sind noch neu.
Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Bad, das erspart den Gang aus dem 3. Stock. Weiter gibt es in der Wohnung eine Abstellkammer und eine Gästetoilette zusätzlich zum Hauptbad mit Duschwanne, also kommt man sich morgens nicht in die Quere.

Strom/Wasser und Internet sind in den Nebenkosten enthalten.
