This is the original 1947 1st Belgian Edition of this issue with a Herge drawn special cover. Printed in 1947. It contains strips and features by Herge, including a double page from Prisoners of the Sun and Jo Zette & Jock, a Haddock Maritime section and more. Rare Tintin items like this are gaining in value right now due to scarcity and age.
CONDITION: Excellent condition considering age. Small crease to top of cover, cover is otherwise superb. Pages are very nice throughout with only minor yellowing. No inscriptions or scribbles throughout. Please see pictures.
