Antique hand painted base for arts and crafts. Not sure what its for? We had a glass dome ( not included) with figurine inside or find a plate to fit and make it a cake stand/ candy dish. 8" tall, 7" diameter top and 6" diameter bottom.. Weight is little under 2 3/4 pound.
Very good vintage condition with black spot on white, tarnishing to the top metal and few small scuffs scratches.
Guessing made before 1997. This is a very beautiful base with great patina, nice metal work and pretty flowers on sides.
