1. After purchase, please send me a message on Etsy with photos of the family being illustrated, along with a quick hair and eye color description.

2. A sketch of the portrait will be messaged to you for approval. Once approved, I will move on to finalizing the portrait (coloring, finishing touches).

3. The final will be messaged back to you; this will be the last chance to make any changes that went unnoticed last time.

4. If you are happy with the final, a JPEG of the portrait will be sent to your email address for download.
