Wood store shade desk lamp

This desk lamp is a repurposed lamp base with a handmade pine veneer shade on top. Left natural color so on or off store the wood grain stays the focal point. I tried to maintain simplicity while still showing the elegance of wood all while having a purpose. The shade does mute the light enough this could be next to a bed where you can read while your significant other is able to dose off. this also would be great for any desk obviously.
