The strap is slightly adjustable and there is a large open back pocket you can slip your phone into for easy access. The most wear is on the lining on the inside. The inner coin pocket has makeup stains. It is fairly stained. The black leather has good color still (It may have been re-dyed in its lifetime) and is in pretty good shape there are some surface scratches but nothing that bad.
