store This is a lovely miniature "Dovedale" pattern covered sugar bowl with a landscape scene in shades of blue on white fine English bone china with gold trim. It was made by Staffordshire Fine Ceramics. This is a doll sized covered sugar bowl from a miniature tea set. It is not tiny, dollhouse sized.
It was made in England, circa 1970s.
It is in very nice vintage condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs that I can see. It comes in its original, lined cardboard box which does show wear and discoloration from age.
Approximate Size: 1 3/4 inches tall at top of lid finial. 2 5/8 inches wide at handles.
I have a matching "Dovedale" pattern tea bell listed separately.
