♥The details♥

I use quality double sided satin ribbon. Ribbons are cut to 24" and attached to a 12" dowel.
I take great care in assuring all ribbons and bells are securely attached to prevent them from slipping off when waved around. Ends of ribbons are heat sealed to prevent the ends from unraveling.
