Vintage silver ring with marcasite store and Goldstone

Lovely silver ring, French origin, hallmarked for 925 silver inside (the hallmark is a bit faded), set with a central Goldstone. This is a synthetic stone made from glass and copper. The stone shines beautifully and makes the ring a ray of sunshine that can illuminate your finger even on a rainy day.

The ring is in overall good vintage condition, with some wear consistent with its age. There are store some surface scratches and small marks on the stone. There is a trace of a solder mark on the inside of the ring, probably from a resizing.

Size: approx. FR 52 / US 6,25 (the ring is large, so the size is a bit small).
