Missing one figure. Overall in good condition, some track pieces are not perfect but I can't tell if it's a manufactures defect store or damage. Nothing effect how the track goes together or works. Cars are in great condition. The conductors rubber hat is a little sticky most likely from being stored in heat. Box has wear from storage. Definitely not perfect.
