Single Large Antique Gay store Nineties Dome Cloak/Coat Button 37mm

From my Victorian Collection.........This is for a Single Large Antique Gay 90's Dome Cloak/Coat Button measuring in at 37mm in size. This Button can be seen in the BBB 158-159 Plate 60 under Gay Nineties Jewels.

This is a stamped brass Gay 90's Button that was usually used for a Cloak or Coat. It is painted with lusters, The glass Stones are molded and protrude through holes in the metal face. This button has a Arch Deco Design with a Black Stone in the Center of Button and with 9 other Clear Rhinstones worked into the Design. ....from the turn of the century. Made around 1890-1910....they where probably being made as late as 1920's.
