store This is a cobalt blue Optrex Safe-Guards Sight eyewash bottle and cup. They are both marked/ embossed "Optrex". The eye wash cup is embossed "Optrex Safe-Guards Sight"; and the bottle "Optrex" but I can't read the rest of the markings. The overall height with the eye wash cup on is approximately 5" and bottle alone measures 4-3/4". The bottle does have a plastic screw top lid. The eye wash cup measures approximately 1-3/8" high. The bottle has a 2-1/2" x 1-1/4" base. It does have scratches in the glass and small chips on the bottom rim. Check photos for condition
