Cork comes from tree bark, so it's plant based and eco friendly, and the cork tree won't get damaged. The bark always grows back so cork is a sustainable material. It's almost as durable as leather, lasts a long time, it's water resistant, doesn't require maintenance, and it's easy to clean.
