This speaker is tested and comes with the power cord and side cover for the charge port/on off switch and is in good condition. The battery is BRAND NEW and has just been replaced. The charger is a little store loose when plugged in because it is not the original charger and has a smaller barrel but holds fine and otherwise works great.
