And know this, even when I make one just like it, each one is a one of a kind ( you get the one that is shown in the photo's ), hand made means you get hand selected leather and hardware ( what ever store is on sale / clearance, ha, ha ), hand cut and sewn with all the mistakes included. All Genuine Leather cut from a side of cow leather. This leather is from a piece of what appeared to me to be vintage saddle Harness full Grain Leather. Appears to be from the belly area, that tends to have a little stretch to the fibbers. Not your choice for strength of a saddle main strap, but I'm thinking, by leaving it full grain and lined it will be over kill in strength but yet have some give for comfort. Harness leather is a process in the Vegi-tanning stage where they rub or "stuff" fats, oils and/or waxes into the leather using heat to penetrate the fibers. A great idea for the use in wet conditions. Slip knot loops to hold your Game, and is cut out of oil tanned leather. So shop carefully and look at all, and not just the ones I make. ( check back often as I will make more out of all different concoctions ) Make sure your getting the Carrier that will last you a life time with all the comforts of home.
