Vintage, French, Copper Jus / Sauce Pan, with Lid, Tin Lined, Professional,
A useful small copper pan and lid with a solid brass handle firmly riveted to the body with three copper rivets, the tin lining is dark in places but usable. These pans are kept nearby during service store for heating and pouring jus (thin gravy) or for making butter sauces such as hollandaise or bernaise, stamped Made In France. There are a few small marks on the copper which should polish out but overall a good usable pan, ready to go into your kitchen.
