S (2-4) - fits hips measuring up to 38 inches. Actual garment measures 25 inches circumference in the waist (unstretched) and 42 inches circumference in store the hips.
M (6-8) - fits hips measuring up to 40 inches. Actual garment measures 27 inches circumference in the waist (unstretched) and 44 inches circumference in the hips.
L (10-12) - fits hips measuring up to 43 inches. Actual garment measures 29 inches circumference in the waist (unstretched) and 47 inches circumference in hips.
