Finely Knitted Estonian Gloves in Kihnu Style store with Tiny Flowers on Yellow Pink and Green

Knitted with mostly three colored yarn in traditional Estonian fair-isle style. The pattern comes from Kihnu Island, ESTONIA, where the gloves were collected. The original pair is store at Heimtali Museum.

Tightly knitted using 0-size needles and DK weight yarn. All the colored yarns are hand dyed, 100% wool from Estonia. They are perfect to block wind and wear in winter. Beautiful twisty ribbing is very elegant, like a bracelet around your wrist.

The gloves are color-worked all the way to the fingertips, which makes them warmer than average thin one-layer gloves. The yarn being rather thin makes them very comfortable to wear and they fit like a second skin.
