Quilted store Market Tote ! Pinwheel Star antique quilt shoulder bag 1940s

This tote is made from a jumbo size Pinwheel Star Quilt from the 1940s. Lined with fabric from the 1950s and has a big pocket inside sewn from 1940s fabric. The front and the back feature a different block taken from the quilt.

Bag measures about 17" tall and 16" wide and the handle has a 12" drop. Big enough to wear on your shoulder.

Vintage quilts may have some loose threads or missing fabric, which is normal for their age. I do not recommend putting this in the washing machine. Spot clean where needed and tumble in the dryer on medium, inside-out.
