Colors are white and pink. It measures approximately 82x84. It would fit a full size depending on the thickness of your mattress and how much drop you like. I get most of my quilts from estates and sales so they normally need a good soaking. I soak them in my washer for 5 to 24 hours in very hot water to sanitize them.
