Inspired by the semiotic decadence of the Art Deco style which originated in France in the 1910s and dominated the decorative arts in Western Europe and the United States until the mid 1930s, these rainbow crystal earrings contain very old and extremely collectible original vintage Swarovski and Czech crystal elements - to the point where most designer's would only use one or two of these in any given piece because of store their cost, quality and rarity.
Starting at the top of each earring is a super high quality silver plated lever back finding, with an antique silver plated three tiered flower embellishment placed on top. In the middle of the antique flower is a foil back cabochon with really interesting and very pretty rainbow coloured hues.
Dangling from this is an antique silver plated brass scrolled filigree, placed on top of which is a much larger and very reflective diamond-shaped original vintage Czech glass foil back cabochon with swirls which also appears to shine all colours of the spectrum when viewed in the light. And last not least, at the bottom of each earring, is an antique silver plated bead cap with leaf design, and an original vintage Swarovski teardrop-shaped faceted foil back drop to compliment the other two colourful cabochons perfectly!
