Charming French linen shelf edging or mantle trim. Hand embroidered red work (turkey work) in a chicken design, quite adorable. Decorative addition to any French inspired kitchen, pantry or for many other projects. This is a very old one made from homespun (great textured) linen. Unusual deep width and a good long length. Hand sewn, hand embroidered chickens and carrots. Sweet embroidered scolloped edge.

Measures; 10.5" width, x 108" length. Good store old weighted linen.

All ready to use and enjoy. Good, clean condition with some storage marks and aging, with some smaller stains. One darn repair. Lots of
wear on the scolloped edge embroidery work.
