We walked into a store, which turned out to be a home, and a lady was eating calabaza (pumpkin) flower soup. She shared some with us and yes it was pretty spicy! It was a nice moment to share with the artist. I ended up buying all her coyote alebrijes. I want to sell more alebrijes of all kinds and bring unique pieces from artists in Mexico.
